Tasks:

- Responsibility for conducting the full cycle of recruiting - from setting the task to signing the contract with the candidate;

- Active search and attraction of qualified candidates;

- Conducting interviews and evaluating potential applicants;

- Development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining talented specialists;

- Ensuring the high quality of recruiting processes and compliance with established deadlines.

Requirements:

- Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;

- High ability to work with various sources of candidate search (job search platforms, social networks, recommendations, etc.); - Ability to effectively assess the professional skills and company culture of candidates;

- High sociability and communication skills with different people;

- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher.
