What do we expect from you?

• minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in a recruitment agency - medium and high-level positions < /li>
• knowledge of the specificity of industries and sectors, focus on engineering and production - technical recruitment
• experience in conducting online and direct meetings with clients
• advanced level of sourcing activities primarily on Linkedin, accounts for 50% of our working time
• experience in working on the ATS system - Traffit is welcome
• communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking
• higher education (preferably major in HRM, Psychology or Career and Personnel Consulting)
• empathy and understanding of the needs of clients and candidates
