Specialist in recruitment and adaptation of personnel

• To attract highly qualified candidates to various structural units of the Company;
• Be able to build long-term relationships with Customers;
• Be able to build long-term relationships with potential Candidates;
• Use modern methods and sources of personnel search;
• >Maintain/administer internal CRM system, for current and future recruitment needs;
• Conduct thorough candidate selection, competency interviews to assess qualifications, skills and fit with the Company's corporate culture;
• Ensure a positive experience for the Candidate during the entire recruitment and adaptation process;
• High personal and written communication skills;

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education: preferably psychological or economic; 
• Experience as a personnel manager/recruiter from the 1st year; 
• Ability to work in a team, result orientation, professionalism; 
• Ability to introduce new ideas/suggestions into processes and adapt; 
• Responsibility and emotional maturity; 
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above (will be an advantage);
