Main tasks:

• Implementation of the full cycle of personnel selection (work with job portals, reviews, communication with candidates, conducting interviews, drafting a job offer, headhunting).
• Closing vacancies at the TOR of management.
• Conducting various meetings (Performance Review,< /strong> 1:1, communication with employees regarding the individual development plan). li>
• Organization and participation in personnel evaluation (work on the motivation system, its implementation, conducting various surveys, such as eNPS or assessments (for example, the 360 ​​method), etc.
• Participation in team-building activities.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the areas of: psychology, personnel management.
• Experience of working in a similar position for 3 years or more in the field of personnel training for logistics, transport and forwarding companies — < strong style=" font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-bold);">MANDATORY!
• Practical recruitment from 3 years ( closing vacancies of different levels), successful experience in closing vacancies TOP level, headhunting, direct search .
