What we will do:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from launching a vacancy to hiring a specialist.
• Maintaining and maintaining the relevance of the candidate database in the ATS system.
• Cooperation with a large client to close vacancies on a project basis.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Preparation and processing of the necessary documentation.

Requirements

What you will need:

• Work experience Recruiter from 1 year.
• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian.
• Skills of working with the ATS system.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Will be a plus:

• Experience as a recruiter in the banking sector.
• Good sense of humor 🙂
