• Fluency in Polish and English language
• Previous experience in the recruitment (1.5 years)
• High level of communication and negotiation competences
• Solution orientation and independency in a decision making process
• Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
• Experience in using ATS systems and LinkedIn Premium (other tools are
• nice to have)
• Attention to detail and understanding of the role of effectiveness in the recruitment field
• A can-do attitude; as a team, we like to focus on solutions and are often able to work out even seemingly impossible problems
• Knowledge of MS Office at a good/very good level

Nice to have:

• Fluency in German language
• Experience in conducting recruitment processes in the BPO/SSC sector
• If you live in Warsaw- that would be great, because we could see each other from time to time in our office.
