Main responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for vacancies at various levels.

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

• Forming and managing personnel databases. data.

• Cooperation with department heads regarding personnel needs.

• Reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in recruitment.

• Ability to work with various sources of candidate search.

• Communication, organized and result-oriented.

• Knowledge of labor legislation will be an advantage.
