We invite to the cooperation of a recruitment specialist:

Duties:

• Search, selection and evaluation of candidates for vacant positions in the company.
• Participation in securing effective adaptation of new employees.
• Participation in HR projects and initiatives, improvement of recruitment, adaptation and personnel development processes.
• Formation of internal and external personnel reserves.
• Evaluation and creation of a positive internal climate: support of favorable relations between employees and support of corporate culture.

Wishes for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of psychology, personnel management or a related field will be an advantage.
• Understanding the processes of selection, evaluation, development and adaptation personnel.
• High level of empathy and the ability to create a favorable atmosphere.
• Experience in successfully closing vacancies of various complexity and working with mass recruitment.
• Self-organization, proactivity.
• High level of communication skills.
