Recruitment specialist in Bogemiya

We are looking for a recruitment specialist who knows how to form a team - through selection, communication and systematicity. This is a role for a person who likes to communicate, knows how to see the potential in candidates and knows how to convey the content of the vacancy in a simple and interesting way for the candidate.

Company "Bohemia" is an official importer of heating and water heating equipment from Europe. We have been working in Ukraine for over 27 years. We are forming a system team that values results, order and development.

Your tasks:

• Write and post vacancies on job sites, Telegram channels and social networks;
• Select resumes, conduct initial calls and short interviews;
• Coordinate requirements for candidates with department heads;
• Maintain candidate database and statuses in CRM;
• Accompany adaptation of new employees in the first weeks;
• Form short reports on recruitment results.
