What we expect from you: Successful experience in personnel selection; Experience of working with job sites, Linkedin; Experience of personnel selection involving additional sources of recruitment (targeted advertising, social networks, other) will be an advantage; Experience of closing mass recruitment vacancies and selection of office, management positions; Experience of cross-functional interaction in large system companies will be an advantage; Knowledge of MS Office, preferably 1C ZUP; High level of communication skills; Skills work in a team; Planning and organization skills; Proactivity, results-oriented. What you will do in the Company: Recruitment, support of all stages of recruitment; Use of various methods for active search and recruitment of candidates; Conducting telephone interviews; Monitoring of interview results by the manager, providing feedback to candidates ; Adherence to closing deadlines for vacancies; Maintaining a candidate database and reporting; Conducting exit interviews.
