Recruitment Sourcer in UkrVipService

We are seeking for a Recruitment Sourcer.

Your Goal will be:
Identify and engage potential candidates for job openings to build a robust talent pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
● Searching for potential candidates through various channels, including cold research through social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
● Conduct initial phone/chat/email screens and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
● Market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, etc.
● Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
● Generate and present regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline status, and key metrics to stakeholders.
● Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Required Skills:
● Proficiency in using LinkedIn, X-ray, boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
● Linkedin network of 5000+ contacts (will be a big plus)
● Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates
● English - minimum B2, C1 is a plus!
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
● Ability to think critically and creatively to develop effective sourcing strategies
● Relevant work experience of at least 1 year
