Functional Talent Acquisition Researcher:
- Active sourcing through job sites.
- Formation and maintaining the database of potential candidates in our ATS system.
Preliminary assessment of candidates:- Conducting initial screening of resumes.
- Preliminary assessment of the relevance of candidates to job requirements.
Building relationships with candidates:- Forming long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Communicating with passive candidates to engage in the hiring process.
Creative strategies:- Developing new engagement strategies candidates.
