You will be responsible for creating talent acquisition strategies, driving the full end-to-end executive recruitment process including client management, search strategy development and candidate assessment, as well as contribute to offer negotiation and executive onboarding facilitation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and be accountable for end-to-end executive search recruitment providing in-depth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments, tracking metrics and market intelligence to hiring managers.
Build trust with both active and passive talent as a tenacious hunter of talent with deep sourcing and market research skills.
Ensure the presentation of high quality executive candidates
Manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with respect and care.
Manage and conduct thorough reference and background checks on final candidates.
Based on recruitment strategy define search and selection tools to compose recruitment budget for each position. Ensure adherence to the agreed recruitment costs.
Create and maintain content related to recruitment advertising, and employment brand. Promote the company brand at every stage of interaction with candidates.
Whenever required, cooperate with executive search agencies on the most sophisticated positions.
Run and update candidate’s database.
Pro-actively monitor market changes in relevant business areas to identify opportunities of attracting the best talent from competitor companies.
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge (market status, trends, best practices).
A self-starter learner and team player with curiosity and agility to learn and adapt, not afraid of piloting new approaches/methods to make improvements.
Proven working experience in executive search recruiting using various sourcing tools and methods.
Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality.
