Our clients are: supermarket chains, shopping and office centers, medical clinics, food, industrial enterprises and state administrative buildings.

Job title: recruiter / recruitment manager

Main duties:

• Mass recruitment staff (line, technical staff, administrators);

• Posting vacancies on job search sites, social networks and messengers;

• Ensuring a constant flow of candidates;

• Searching for new channels of personnel attraction;

• Processing feedback and conducting telephone interviews;

• Assisting candidates before starting work;

• Controlling the adaptation of new employees;

• Managing the candidate database.

• Executing the manager's orders

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year (preferably in the selection of line, technical or labor personnel)

• Skills of active search (sourcing) and work with various channels of attracting candidates

• ability to negotiate

• Organized, responsible, result-oriented
