We have a large assortment of bottled water, food products, household chemicals, etc. Corporate clients of the company are business centers, clinics, beauty salons, coffee shops and many others who appreciate quality products! Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. Work experience in a similar position from 1 year, preferably mass recruitment; confident PC skills; communicative and goal-oriented; active life position, ability to work in multitasking conditions, high level of self-organization. What you will need to do: searching and selecting candidates for vacant positions; conducting phone and personal interviews with candidates; building communication with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates. working with job sites, social media. networks and other sources; conducting initial training; working with internal departments to ensure that the selection of candidates meets the current needs of the company; reporting on the search process.
