Main tasks
Identify effective search channels (job boards, social networks, LinkedIn, direct search).
Create and publish attractive descriptions vacancies.
Active search and hunting of candidates.
Organize and conduct telephone, video and face-to-face interviews.
Evaluate the competencies, experience and personal characteristics of candidates.
Attract passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
Cooperate with hiring managers.
Keep reporting and systematically work with the recruiting process.
We expect that you
Have experience in recruiting (in-house or agency).
Own modern methods search: Boolean/X-Ray, social networks, direct search.
Know candidate assessment methods (competent, behavioral, projective interviews).
Understand labor law in the context of recruiting.
Confidently work with Google Docs, MS Office and professional tools.
Organized, responsible, initiative, structured and independent in decision-making.
Format of work and income
Official employment.
Income: UAH 45-50 thousand + bonuses
Working schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, after the trial period - hybrid format.
