Hello! Who are we? Thehrdwood company, engaged in the manufacture and sale of personalized wooden products on Etsy/Amazon and its own website, since 2013.

There are not many countries left on the world map where our packages are not sent to happy customers. Thanks to our product Recipe cutting board, we have already collected 2 gallons of tears of joy, and the number of family recipes processed by us reaches a 2-story house if you stack these sheets one on top of the other:)

Now we are facing a new stage: we are expanding production, launching new products and forming a strong team. For this, we are looking for a caring recruiter who will help us find people who love wood as much as we do.

What tasks await our team:

• Organization and implementation of the full recruiting cycle
• Development and publication of vacancies, working with various search channels (professional platforms, social networks, internal recommendations, groups, announcements)
• Search and selection of technical specialists and worker positions
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates, preparing recommendations
• Support of the process of employment of new employees.
• Maintenance of reporting and candidate database.

What we expect:

• Experience in recruiting production or technical specialties (from 1 year)
• Proficiency in Ukrainian, structure, responsibility
• Skills for conducting various interview formats and competency assessment
• Owning modern HR tools and search methods
• A confident user of MS Office, online resources

Format and payment

• Remote, part-time employment or project work
• Salary (determined based on the results of the interview, consists of a fixed rate + a bonus for each closed vacancy)
