We are now in looking for a Recruitment Manager, who shares our corporate values, wants to rapidly develop in our team .

Recruitment Managerwilldo the following tasks:

• The full cycle of recruitment of Junior/Middle level personnel in the Company's regional offices;
• Reporting on vacancies;
• Communication with department heads.

Filter for this position will be:

• Experience in recruitment from the 1st year;
• Ready forbusiness trips to Ukraine - a must!;
• Higher education in the field of psychology or personnel management;
• Desire to actively develop skills in personnel selection;

• Understanding interaction and communication in online mode with Directors of Representative Offices;
• Responsibility, initiative, attentiveness and communication;
• Systematic and strategic thinking, active life position, ability to work in a team, focus on results.
