We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager ,who shares our corporate values, wants to rapidly develop in our team.

Recruitment Manager willdo the following tasks:

• The full cycle of recruitment of Junior/Middle level personnel (vacancies of the call center (medical and technical) and sellers in the Company's regional offices;
• Maintenance of reporting on vacancies;

• Communication with department heads.

Filter for this position will be:

• Work experience in recruitment in insurance or banking institutions from the 1st year;
• Knowledge of various search channels, including Boolean Search and X-ray;
• Higher education in the field of psychology or management personnel;
• Desire to actively develop skills in personnel selection;
• Responsibility, initiative, attention and communication;
• Systematic and strategic thinking, active life position, ability to work in the team, focus on the result.
