We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager,who shares our corporate values, wants to rapidly develop in our team.

Manager with recruitmentwill deal with the following tasks:

• Full recruitment cycle Junior/ Middle level (vacancies of call centers (medical and technical) and salespeople in the Company's regional offices;
• Reporting on vacancies;
• Communication with department heads.

The filter for this position will be:

• Desirable experience in recruitment in insurance or banking institutions from 1st year;
• Knowledge of various search channels, including Boolean Search and X-ray;
• Higher education in the field of psychology or personnel management;
• Desire to actively develop skills in personnel selection;
• Responsibility, initiative, attentiveness and sociability;
• Systematic and strategic thinking, active life position, ability to work in a team, focus on results.
