Recruitment manager (cooperation with intermediaries) in Smart Solutions

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for finding, engaging and developing a network of intermediary recruiters (for recruiting English and Spanish speaking candidates). The role combines recruitment, partner management and coordination of freelance recruiters from different countries.

What you will do:

• Search, attract and develop a partner network intermediary recruiters
• Building and maintaining a base of intermediary recruiters.
• Building long-term partnerships with agents and subcontractors.
• Supporting recruiters at all stages of recruitment.
• Coordinating the flow of candidates in accordance with business requests.
• Monitoring of the recruiting services market.
