Department Information

The Personnel Management Department is a team of like-minded people whose goal is to unite strong-minded professionals, find people with common interests values, support them from the first steps, reveal everyone's potential and create an environment of trust and development where everyone can grow and realize themselves.

Main duties:

Recruiting and selection of candidates:

  • Collaboration with department heads to determine the profile and requirements for new positions.
  • Search and attract potential candidates using various platforms (online platforms, social networks, job fairs etc.).
  • Description and publication of vacancies on the UCU website and external platforms, analysis of received feedback.
  • Conducting initial screening of candidates and assessment of professional qualities and skills of candidates.
  • Constant updating of the database of potential candidates for securitycreation of an effective talent pool.
  • Assistance of candidates at all stages of the hiring process, including preparation and approval of Job offer.

    Organization of competitive selection for scientific and pedagogical workers:
    • Coordination of the tender procedure in accordance with the standards of UCU
  • Coordination of the work of tender commissions, preparation of the necessary documentation.

    Offboarding of employees:
  • Organization of exit interviews with employees
  • Control of the completion of the employee's work: communication with managers, assistance in matters that occur

Analytics and reporting:

  • Regular conducting of recruiting analytics, improvement of the current system.
  • Formation of reports on the effectiveness of recruiting and adaptation processes.

Participation in strategic HR processes:

  • Involvement in important initiatives in the field of personnel management aimed at the development of UKU as an attractive working environment.
  • Participation in job fairs organized by UKU and other companies, universities.

Key requirements for candidate:

  • Deep understanding of modern approaches to recruiting.
  • High level of communication skills, ability to empathize and work in a team.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Share mission and values UKU.
  • Proficiency in English at the B2 level
