Vacancy: Recruitment Manager (Retail, food)

About the company:

We are a growing chain of dairy stores. Our mission is to provide residents of Dnipro with fresh and natural products every day. In connection with the expansion of the network, we are looking for an energetic recruiter who will strengthen our team with professional personnel.

Your key tasks:

• Mass selection: prompt search and hiring of line personnel (sales consultants, employees warehouse).
• Full recruiting cycle:from creating a vacancy profile to the employee going to work.
• Working with sources:using job portals (Work.ua, Robota.ua), social networks, Telegram channels and local groups.
• Initial assessment:conducting telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
• Adaptation: monitoring the completion of internships and entry of new employees into retail outlets.

We expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience in personnel selection (experience in retail or mass recruitment will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of tools for searching and assessing candidates.
• High communication skills, activity and resistance to stress.
• Ability to multitask (simultaneously closing several outlets).
