We are looking for a Recruitment Manager (IT and non-IT positions), who is responsible for the systematic and high-quality closing of office, financial and IT positions, the development of the personnel reserve and the construction of long-term relationships with business and candidates.
The key task is to find the right people for the business, building effective recruiting as a business function.
Functional role:
- Close office, finance and IT positions (including international search).
- Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, networking.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess hard & soft skills, cultural fit and potential development.
- Analyze the effectiveness of search channels and approaches.
- Work with ATS PeopleForce.
- Form and develop a base of potential candidates for future business needs.
- Build partnerships with hiring managers.
- Monitor the labor market in terms of salary expectations, trends, competitive environment.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, job fairs, industry fairs events.
It is important for us:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting office and IT positions.
- English language - from level B1 and above.
- Basic understanding of HR analytics.
- Experience with ATS (PeopleForce or other).
- Understanding the specifics of searching in other countries will be advantage.
