We are looking for a Recruitment Manager (IT and non-IT positions), who is responsible for the systematic and high-quality closing of office, financial and IT positions, the development of the personnel reserve and the construction of long-term relationships with business and candidates.

The key task is to find the right people for the business, building effective recruiting as a business function.

Functional role:

  • Close office, finance and IT positions (including international search).
  • Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, networking.
  • Conduct structured interviews, assess hard & soft skills, cultural fit and potential development.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of search channels and approaches.
  • Work with ATS PeopleForce.
  • Form and develop a base of potential candidates for future business needs.
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Monitor the labor market in terms of salary expectations, trends, competitive environment.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, job fairs, industry fairs events.

It is important for us:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting office and IT positions.
