Recruitment manager in ITExpert

ITExpert is looking for a Recruiter/Recruiter to join its team. The first month requires a visit to the office for adaptation, then a transition to completely remote work.

We help large and small companies to find and hire cool specialists in Ukraine. 
Our clients: Deloitte, PrivatBank, Nova Poshta, Universal Bank and many others. Our mass recruitment department helps you find accountants, various bank managers, support managers, etc.
Our team consists of more than 35 full-time recruiters.

To be more precise, you will be engaged in:
- Actively searching for candidates at various sites;
- Conducting a large number of telephone interviews with candidates;
- Maintaining an internal database candidates;
- Generating new ideas for searching for candidates, etc.
