Recruitment manager in Biotestlab, TOV

ToV "Biotestlab" is a leading Ukrainian research and production complex with more than 35 years of experience in the development, production and sale of veterinary drugs. Our company operates according to the highest European GMP standards and is certified by the international agency DQS (Germany) according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. 700">We are looking for:

• Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
• High communication and interviewing skills
• Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools;
• Successful experience in closing vacancies;
• Ability to work in multitasking and orientation mode on the result.

Your tasks:

• Searching, selecting qualified candidates for vacancies in various departments of the company;
• Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their compliance with job requirements;
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates and maintaining its relevance;
• Participation in the process of adaptation and personnel evaluation;
• Participation in other HR processes.
