- Experience in the field of recruitment from 2 years,experience in team management will be an advantage.
- High level of communication, responsibility, proactivity.
- Practical experience in selection of top-management and line personnel.
- Understanding HR metrics, ability to work with analytics and performance indicators..
- Possessing modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social networks).
- A confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - for working with analytics and presentations.
