Join our team - we are looking for a Recruitment Manager (Kyiv)

Main functions:

• Recruitment and selection of candidates for vacant positions in structural units and branches of the Bank.
• Organization and conducting interviews with candidates.
• Formation of external personnel reserve.
• Testing, questionnaires of candidates.
• Monitoring of the labor market in the banking sector, salary levels, etc.
• Adaptation of employees, control of probation period.
• Conducting exit interviews.

Qualification requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter in the banking sector.
• Ability to effectively conduct interviews and assess the professional skills of candidates.
• Skills in using various channels and tools for searching for candidates, experience in successfully closing vacancies.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Activity, initiative, organization, sociability, responsibility.
