What will you do?

• find candidates with the right competencies using diverse and effective search channels. li>
• conduct interviews and draw conclusions - whether the candidate matches the description in the search application;
< li style="font-weight: 400">take an active participation in the adaptation of a new employee: introduce the rules, traditions of the company, introduce the model of behavior - what can be done , and what is not possible.
