Requirements:

• Experience in conducting recruiting processes, personnel selection.
• Sufficient communication skills and negotiations with potential candidates.
• Knowledge of modern methods of personnel evaluation and selection.
• High level of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Experience in the field of wholesale and retail trade or restaurant business will be an advantage.
• Owning a PC (Office, 1C)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a full cycle of recruiting and selection of personnel.< /li>
• Selection of candidates for various divisions of the company.
• Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Working in the 1 C system
