What will you be doing?

• find candidates with the required competencies using diverse and effective search channels. 
• conduct interviews and draw conclusions - whether the candidate matches the description in the search application;
• take an active participation in the adaptationof a new employee: to familiarize with the rules, traditions of the company, to familiarize with the model of behavior - what can and cannot be done.
