The production process is provided by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished products, testing and finished product. As well as the experimental and technological department and the quality control department. Modern SMT and conveyor lines are installed at the production facility, key processes are automated, and capacity is constantly being increased. We are looking for a recruiting leader who will strengthen the team. Responsibilities: search and selection of candidates for the production team and administration of production vacancies; analysis of the effectiveness of candidate attraction channels and the search for new ones; active participation in the development and building of the HR brand; participation in other HR processes (adaptation, training, internal communications). What should be able to: recruit personnel of various levels (engineers, production/office personnel, etc.) manage the full cycle personnel selection (resume screening/telephone interviews, interviews, sending a job-offer); performing qualitative and quantitative indicators; qualitative withdrawal of applications for candidate search; conducting qualitative sourcing; conducting qualitative telephone and personal interviews with candidates; working with by internal customers; providing feedback at all stages of the interview. What software should be mastered: advanced user: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience: from 2 years. Additional requirements: high level of communication skills; attention to details; the ability to understand people; multitasking and the ability to quickly process large amounts of information; lack of fear of something new.
