We are an outsourced/outstaff company Temy . We are looking for a Recruitment Lead in the team, who will be responsible for coordinating recruiting processes, team management and creating a positive candidate experience.

Our expectations from the candidate: proactive, flexible to changes and has strong communication skills.

Since 2014, we have been providing software development services for companies in various industries, such as IoT, FinTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, EdTech. Projects are mainly from Europe, the USA and Israel.

The company employs 100+ specialists and has about 20 active projects.

  • 1+ year experience as a Recruitment Lead
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates
  • Ability work with recruiting metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of processes and funnels
  • Ability to quickly find solutions to various challenges
  • Ability to listen and adapt the recruiting process when necessary
  • Ability to clearly report work and results
  • English Upper-Intermediate or above
  • Will be a plus:

    • Experience in creating a matrix of competencies for the recruitment team
    • Successful closing of vacancies at the top management level

    Responsibilities:

    • Carry out the full cycle of recruiting, including creating vacancies, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating and selecting candidates
    • Forming a positive candidate experience
    • Preparing information and conducting Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly meetings
    • Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring and more effective closing of vacancies
    • Prioritize vacancies for the day for myself and the team
    • Manage recruiting metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of processes and funnels
    • Implement new and optimize existing processes
    • Provide support and motivation to the team
    • Conduct 1-1 with the team
    • Support the professional growth of team members, identify career paths and provide feedback
    • Conduct regular reporting on recruiting results
    • Analyze candidate salaries every quarter
    • Monitor market trends and identify best practices in recruiting
    • Closely cooperate with Delivery/Sales/HR/Financial departments
    • Update Trello, Notion, Hurma, Google services
