We are looking forHead of Recruitment / Recruitment Lead, who will take over the strategic and operational management of recruiting, build an effective recruitment system and will form strong teams that will directly influence the scaling and development of the business.
Main Responsibilities
Forming, development and strategic management of the recruiting team.
Building and scaling an effective recruitment system fortechnical and non-technical roles.
Full controlfull-cycle recruitmentLeadership and development of the candidate goal setting, mentoring, performance review, expertise development.
Close cooperation with hiring managers and heads of departments as a strategic recruiting partner.
5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
2+ years in positionRecruitment Lead / Head of Recruitment or similar.
Practical experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies: from building sourcing channels to optimizing processes and working with analytics.
Deep understanding of specificity technical and non-technical recruitment.
Experience in managing and developing a recruiting team.
Initiative, analytical and strategic thinking, result-oriented.
Focus on team development and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
English language level - B2+.
