Main Responsibilities

  • Forming, development and strategic management of the recruiting team.

  • Building and scaling an effective recruitment system fortechnical and non-technical roles.

  • Full controlfull-cycle recruitmentLeadership and development of the candidate goal setting, mentoring, performance review, expertise development.

  • Close cooperation with hiring managers and heads of departments as a strategic recruiting partner.

  • Development and implementation of sourcing strategies. text-decoration: none">Managing the team's workload in parallel vacancies.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.

  • 2+ years in positionRecruitment Lead / Head of Recruitment or similar.

  • Practical experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies: from building sourcing channels to optimizing processes and working with analytics.

  • Deep understanding of specificity technical and non-technical recruitment.

  • Experience in managing and developing a recruiting team.

  • Initiative, analytical and strategic thinking, result-oriented.

  • Focus on team development and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

  • English language level - B2+.
