Hiring process:

Introduction, interview with the Head of Recruitment and final meeting.

How exactly can you influence development companies:
• effective management of a team of recruiters and researchers (4 teammates): setting and monitoring the implementation of goals, prioritization, capacity planning and ensuring productive workload
• ensuring timely and high-quality hiring through independent closing of non-tech vacancies and the overall result of the team
• People management: 1:1 meetings, performance review, PDP formation, mentoring and development of teammates, support professional growth
• ensuring operational efficiency in recruitment through the analysis of performance indicators, compliance with rules, processes and SLA
• solving complex cases in recruiting processes, escalating risks, removing blockers
• building effective cooperation and partnership interaction with hiring managers
• consulting hiring managers on modern hiring practices and effective communication with candidates
• researching market standards and best practices, development and implementation of new search and recruitment tools
• research and analysis of the labor market, monitoring trends and adaptation to changes
• participation in the development of the employer brand

Challenges for three months:
• get to know and master the business processes of the recruitment unit and the company
• as a leader lay the foundation for effective relations with the team
• ensure timely and high-quality closing of non-tech vacancies
• building partnership and trusting relationships with colleagues during cross-functional interaction on an ongoing basis

Chevents for six months:
• partnership relations with hiring managers were built
• an audit of current recruiting processes in the Operation Direction was conducted
• a presentation was made to the Head of Recruitment of the conclusions of the audit of recruiting processes in the Operation Direction
• protection of the built roadmap for the implementation of initiatives to improve the work efficiency of the entrusted team, including the vision of team development and main KPIs was formed

For achieving results, you will need:
• 7+ years of experience in recruiting non-tech specialists, of which 2+ years - in the role of the leader of the recruitment team
• experience in managing teams of 3 people
• advanced manager skill-set: planning, organization, prioritization and time management; emotional intelligence and people management; strategic thinking and effective decision-making; forecasting and risk management; delegation and team development
• deep understanding of modern hiring practices and tools
• active search for new solutions and generation of ideas regarding innovative approaches in recruiting
• experience in ensuring a high-quality full-cycle hiring process
• high level of communication skills and ability to build a partnership with business
• ability to quickly respond to changes and find effective solutions based on performance indicators
• analytical abilities and system thinking
• responsibility, initiative, presentation skills
• English language level - Upper-Intermediate+  

Of course, we will teach, but it is good to have:
• experience in a product company or in a fast-changing environment
• understanding of the specifics of selection in operational areas (support, logistics, CX, etc.)
