We are currently searchingRecruitment lead, ready to join our team and make a significant contribution to the development of our employees!

It is important for us:

  • Similar work experience in a managerial position of 2 years or more will be an advantage;

  • Mandatory experience of managing a team of 3 employees;

  • Experience in organizing and participating in the implementation of various projects and programs in personnel management;

  • Successful experience of closing vacancies at various levels;

  • Proficiency in search and recruitment methods;

  • High computer literacy, excellent command of office programs;

  • Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn.

Your future priority tasks:

  • Organization and monitoring the work of the recruiting department (up to 4 people);

  • Ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment;

  • to improve and optimize the business processes of the personnel selection and adaptation function;

  • < p>Formation of personnel reserve;

  • Reporting on the recruitment process;

  • Increasing the department's work efficiency, automating processes;

  • Identifying the reasons for personnel turnover and generating ideas for reducing turnover;

  • Control of the vacation schedule and entering vacation information;

  • Conducting adaptation of new employees;

  • Formation of the budget of the department;

  • Employer branding.
