We are looking for a Recruitment expert!

What should be done?

• conduct an active search and recruitment of candidates with the help of job sites, social networks and other information resources, including mass media;
• conduct a full cycle of recruitment: from a briefing with by the customer to conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and participate in hiring decisions;
• participate in evaluation activities to determine the professional and personal competencies of candidates;
• comprehensively support job customers in the process of forming effective and efficient teams;
• join the implementation of various HR projects, propose own ideas and promote them further development.

What do we expect?

• higher education;
• practical experience in the field of personnel selection from 1 year, including searching and hiring candidates for office positions (full cycle of recruiting);
• ownership of modern candidate search tools and various methods of conducting interview;
• confident command of a PC and office programs;
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
• developed communication skills, ability to work in a team, initiative, energy and a high level of responsibility.
