Our client is a well-known online furniture marketplace looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to their team. This is beginning as a contract position.Location: Remote (Open to any time zone in the US)Contract: 3-month W2 to start (potential to extend or convert)Pay Rate: $20-$22 an hourJob description:The Candidate Experience Team is in charge of creating a positive hiring experience for our candidates and internal partners to ensure we hire the best and right talent into each role. Recruiting coordinators are an essential part of the hiring process and facilitate the movement of candidates through the interview process, making sure it runs as smoothly as possible.What You’ll Do:Coordinate and execute seamless and efficient virtual and on-site interview schedules, from beginning to end, while creating a positive experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring teamsEffectively communicate with candidates gathering availability and informing them of their interview itinerary, logistics, etc.Heavy calendar management including scheduling virtual offsite and onsite interviewsArrange candidate travel and accommodations, and answer questions and troubleshoot issues as they arisePartner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a premium candidate experienceCoordinate interview shadowing for new interviewersCompile scheduling reports that summarize personal and team metricsMulti-task effectively, quickly, and accurately in a fast-paced work environmentMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all timesWhat You’ll Need:Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with ambiguity and multitaskingProficiency in the Google suite of applications and Recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Avature, GoodTime, Prelude and/or other global ATS and scheduling programsA sense of urgency and great attention to detail to deliver results for the business while working as part of a teamAbility to work collaboratively with all levels and roles within the organizationPride Global offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
