Wishes for candidates:
• desire and ability to work for results
• successful experience in recruiting from 5 years
• experience in Executive Search and headhunting is desirable
• theoretical training in recruiting
• knowledge of spoken English will be an advantage
• living in Kyiv or the suburbs

Main responsibilities:
Full cycle of recruiting - search and selection of personnel, incl. headhunting.

Terms:
• 25-35% of recruiting projects (7000 - 25000 for 1 closed vacancy)
• transparent and profitable payment system according to the contract
• work algorithm developed over 24 years
• official registration possible
• remote work, flexible schedule, visits to the office as needed
