Recruitment Assistant / Recruiter Assistant (no experience)

About the role

You are the right hand of the recruiter.
Not scary interviews, not career giants, but a friendly start in HR.
We teach everything: how to search for candidates, how to write messages, how to structure profiles - from zero to a confident level.

What will you do:

?? help in finding candidates (Instagram, Telegram, job sites)
?? initial selection of questionnaires and profiles
?? writing short messages to candidates
?? maintenance of tables and databases
?? coordination of interviews (reminders, recordings)
?? supporting the recruiter in daily tasks

Who we are looking for:

— without experience, but with a keen interest in people and HR
— attentiveness + tact + pleasant communication
— competent writing
— tenacity and ease in learning
— desire to understand how recruitment works of staff

Conditions:

schedule 5/2, 10:00-19:00
full time
training from experienced recruiters (scripts, sourcing, tools)
first tasks are as simple as possible - we gradually give more
career growth: assistant > recruiter > HR generalist
