MAG seeks to save lives and build safer futures by providing risk education to communities, to help them stay safe. Responsibilities will include:Prepare and post job ads onlineHelp with CV screeningPrepare HR evaluation formsPrepare tests and interview questionsArrange tests and interviewsCoordinate hiring activitiesUndertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)Process background checks Undertake any other duties within the scope of HR department as requiredABOUT YOU:We are seeking a candidate with:Previous professional experience working in a HR recruitment in UkraineExperience coordinating recruitment and selection processesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressureGood written and spoken English and UkrainianComputer literate with MS Office, particularly, Word, Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated with the ability to work plans and objectives with minimal supervisionHow to apply:This opportunity is available to Ukrainian nationals only.
