We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join the team, who will be responsible for administrative processes in the recruitment department and participate in the selection of candidates. Our expectations from the candidate: organized, attentive to detail, possess effective communication skills. The vacancy involves full-time work in the office at the following address: Kyiv, 24 Beresteyskyi Avenue. Since 2014, we have been providing software development services for companies in various industries, such as IoT, FinTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, EdTech. Projects are mainly from Europe, the USA and Israel. 100+ specialists work in the company, we have about 20 active projects. Our offices are located in Kyiv and Lviv, and our employees are located throughout Ukraine across the border. Interview stages: Interview by the recruiter Test task Final interview with the office team Team: HRD Recruitment Lead Recruiter 2Talent Sourcers Requirements: We are looking for a candidate without experience, but with clear motivation Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms Know candidate search tools such as LinkedIn, Djinni, etc. Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and candidates Attention to detail Willingness to adapt to changes Ability to effectively organize time English Upper-Intermediate Will be a plus: Having similar experience in another field Experience with Canva and/or similar applications Responsibilities: Create and update resumes of employees according to the template Engage in preparation for publication vacancies: —posting on web platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Work.ua, Djinni), —add and update data in Notion, —organization of Google Drive files and folders Monitor and maintain the relevance of the CRM system Review and check resumes in accordance with job requirements Create job descriptions Prepare weekly and monthly reports within teams Communicate with potential candidates through social and professional networks (for example, LinkedIn, Djinni) Search for candidates Work closely with the talid team Analyze the IT market Conduct workshops and webinars for the team We offer: 18 days of paid vacation, 10 days of paid sick leave Possibility to take additional days off at your own expense Compensation for courses and certifications Lessons of English in small groups Access to the company library Medical insurance or compensation for sports Flexible work schedule In addition, we can guarantee a minimum of bureaucracy, maximum independence and freedom of action.
