GO "Green-Landia" in partnership with International humanitarian organization"CARE" invites a reRecruitment and Team Development Officer for a successful implementation of the tasks of the project "Women's leadership in emergency situations", which is aimed at increasing the level of women's participation in decision-making at the level of communities affected by the war, through the development of their leadership skills skills and involvement in solving socially important issues.

Main tasks:

• Active search and recruitment of specialists for various positions;
• Formation of vacancies and placement on specialized platforms;
• Conducting interviews, assessment of professional skills and personal qualities candidates;
• Creation and implementation of training and development programs for employees;
• Development and implementation of adaptation programs for new employees;
• Familiarization of new employees with the organization, its culture , values ​​and projects;
• Formation and maintenance of a favorable psychological climate in the team;
• Ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction with work.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (psychology, personnel management or other relevant);
• Experience of working in government institutions, Charitable organizations, Foundations will be an advantage;
• Work experience in the field of personnel selection from 2 years;
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of communication skills;
• Good analytical skills and attention to details;
• Takes a responsible attitude to work ethics and standards;
• High level of computer literacy, knowledge and experience of working with office programs;
• FOP of the 3rd group (required) or willingness to open FOP.
