Functional tasks:

• active search and selection of candidates for Bank branch vacancies;
• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
• providing feedback on candidates to customers;
• participation in the staff adaptation process;
• conducting and analyzing exit interviews;
• preparing reports on work results;
• li>cooperation with higher educational institutions;
• participation in the Bank's HR projects.

This position requires:

• preferably experience in the field of recruitment personnel or related fields;
• work experience in banking institutions is desirable;
• complete higher education;
• desire to work and develop in the field of HR;
• li>ability to argue one's position and candidates;
• creative thinking, flexibility, perseverance.
