Now we are inviting a Recruitment and adaptation manager to the HR team.

What needs to be done:
- management of the full cycle of talent search in an automated system
- adaptation of new employees
- effective communication with internal customers in the paradigm of partnership and service attitude
- maintenance of a candidate database and formation of a personnel reserve
- conducting an exit interviews with employees and data collection
- participation in HR projects of the bank.
This will require:
- higher education
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting in companies with more than 500 employees
- successful experience in closing vacancies of varying degrees of complexity using various search tools candidates
- proactive position, quality and result orientation
- ability to show flexibility and reasonedly defend their point of view
- kindness and desire to be part of a friendly team
