Hello! Kopiyka chain of department stores is one of the largest food chains in the south of Ukraine and is looking for a Recruitment and Adaptation Manager in the city of Odesa, who will focus on recruitment for the warehouse, production and traffic sectors.

What you will do:

• Search and selection of candidates for various positions
• Conducting interviews and evaluating the professional and personal qualities of candidates.
• Adaptation of new employees.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation.
• Active participation in the improvement of HR processes.

Who we are looking for:

• The ability to quickly find a common language with people of different profiles and qualifications.
• Knowledge of personnel selection methods will be a big plus.
• Openness to training and willingness to develop your skills in the field of HR.
• Organization, responsibility and attention to details.
• Experience in recruiting is not necessary - we are ready to teach!
