Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Recruitment Dashboard
• Creation of monthly and quarterly reporting
• Data visualization and preparation of presentations
• Participation in the implementation of automation tools
• Analysis of new practices and the search for talent attraction technologies
• Administration and filling of the career site
• Active participation in projects for the development of the employer brand and talent attraction

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance/economics
• Work experience from 1 year
• System thinking, ability to work with large amounts of information
• Teamwork, initiative, the ability to work independently
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a high level, Power BI will be an advantage
• English - Intermediate, Ukrainian - fluent
• Correspondence to the company's corporate values
