Experience the excitement of agility to shape the future of beauty; where diversity and purpose come together create meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a part of our Recruitment & Employer Branding team, you will recruit talents for business divisions and different functions, targeting candidates whose skills, values, and potential correspond to L’Oréal's requirements; ensure their integration and development within the company; develop L’Oréal's attractiveness on the external market.Attract, identify and head-hunt the best talents in accordance with L’Oréal's values and requirments, to make sure our business continues to run smoothly Cooperate with hiring managers in selection processes participating in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles in different areas of business (e.g. sales, marketing, digital, logistics, controlling, business analytics etc.) Implement and use various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital and direct sourcingScreen CVs and recognize the candidates that have the most potential of becoming our future colleaguesConduct qualitative interviews to assess candidates competencies and professional aspirationsDevelop a high-quality candidate experience: monitoring target candidates, informing candidates regularly of progressComplete and constantly monitor recruitment reports and KPIs and make suggestions for improvementsKeep up with trends on various topics linked to recruitment & competitors activitiesParticipate in implementation of L’Oréal's employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events and conducting special projects linked to recruitmentYOUR FUTURE TEAMOn this position you will be a part of our HR team of 8 people and will closely collaborate with passionate and engaged colleagues throughout all our divisions and functions, that are experts in their respective fields and that are driving excellent market performance results in a highly ethical, friendly, and inspiring environment!
