REQUIREMENTS: Higher education (psychology or sociology will be an advantage); experience in recruitment of at least 3 years, including experience in managing a team of recruiters from the 1st year; confident mastery of the MSOffice package; possession of expert knowledge in the field of HR; experience in closing diverse vacancies, including key/TOP/IT; experience in building and implementing a recruiting strategy; knowledge and practical application of various methods of recruiting and attracting personnel; successful experience in finding alternative channels for attracting candidates; well-developed analytical and systemic thinking; high level of communication skills; self-organization; orientation to results; initiative, openness to new things, quick adaptability; ability to work in conditions of change. DUTIES: Management of a team of recruiters (planning, mentoring, organization, motivation, control and coordination of their work); formation of a strategy for staffing the company's divisions; organization of the recruitment process and monitoring of compliance with the algorithm of this process; closing vacancies for the positions of the company's Head Office; interaction with job-resources, partner companies that provide staffing services; maintaining existing and building new partnerships with universities and other educational platforms; organization of effective communications with internal job vacancies at various levels; conducting HR analytics and monitoring the labor market; forming an external personnel reserve to fill vacant positions at various levels in the company; active participation in the implementation of HR projects.
