DUTIES: Management of a team of recruiters (planning, mentoring, organization, motivation, control and coordination of their work); formation of a strategy for staffing the company's divisions; organization of the recruitment process and monitoring of compliance with the algorithm of this process; closing vacancies for the positions of the company's Head Office; interaction with job-resources, partner companies that provide staffing services; maintaining existing and building new partnerships with universities and other educational platforms; organization of effective communications with internal job vacancies at various levels; conducting HR analytics and monitoring the labor market; forming an external personnel reserve to fill vacant positions at various levels in the company; active participation in the implementation of HR projects.
