Responsibilities:

• Process and screen resumes on platforms with freelance recruiters.
• Conduct outreach and candidate processing via LinkedIn.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews in both Ukrainian and English.
• Maintain client communication and manage client relationships.
• Publish job vacancies on various platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience conducting interviews.
• Strong listening skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
