Responsibilities:
- Process and screen resumes on platforms with freelance recruiters.
- Conduct outreach and candidate processing via LinkedIn.
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews in both Ukrainian and English.
- Maintain client communication and manage client relationships.
- Publish job vacancies on various platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience conducting interviews.
- Strong listening skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
